دیانا با پل ازدواج کرده و زندگی مشترک شادی دارد، اما همواره به دنبال تجربه‌های جدید در روابط عاطفی خود است و در این زمینه احساس گناهی نسبت به همسرش ندارد. او ماجراهایش را از پل پنهان نمی‌کند، اما پل تصور می‌کند که این‌ها صرفاً خیال‌پردازی یا داستان‌پردازی هستند.
