خلاصه داستان — هشدار اسپویل:

یک هیپنوتیزم‌کننده به نام جیجی، یک قاتل جوان روان‌پریش به نام ایچی را کنترل می‌کند تا از دو باند در حال جنگ با یکدیگر سوءاستفاده کند. ایچی آنقدر خشن و بی‌رحم است که بعد از هر ضربه‌اش، افرادی مخصوص برای جمع‌آوری بقایا می‌آیند.
